3-Hydroxy-phencyclidine hydrochloride powder. 3-HO-PCP is a dissociative of the arylcyclohexylamine class and a 3-hydroxy derivative of phencyclidine. It acts as a high-affinity NMDA receptor antagonist and also possesses significant affinity for the $mu$-opioid receptor.
